Mason Dixon Spice started out in February of 2000 in Columbus Ohio we moved back to Mandeville Louisiana just north of New Orleans in August of 2005 we were down due to Hurricane Katrina and will be back up in 2007 and running full production of all of our products. We will also be co-packing for a number of new and old customers.

Mason Dixon Spice has changed we are now four unique companies rolled into one.

Mason Dixon Spice prides itself being the distributor and manufacturer of the finest Hot Sauces, Seasonings, Rubs, BBQ Sauces, Steak Sauces, Crab Boils and Salsas available.

Mason Dixon Spice is the part of our company that does our private label, restaurant supply, co-packing and bulk Spice Sales.

B.A.Peppers Grill N’ Café is a full service restaurant that servers great Cajun food and slow smoked Barbeque.

B.A.Peppers Express’s are a limited version of our Grill N’ Café where we serve traditional New Orleans Po-Boys, Red Beans & Rice, Jambalaya and a range of other Cajun dishes.
