SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via UPS or other transportation companies.

All orders will be prepaid until credit apps are approved.

All COD orders that are returned will not be reshipped COD they will be on a prepay basis.

Wholesale Ordering/Terms:

Orders can be placed via phone, fax, email or mail. Orders will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days – F.O.B. Columbus Ohio. Wholesale accounts have a 2 case minimum order.
Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Please allow 24-hour notice for Will Call orders. Hours 8:00am- 5:00pm. Private label, foodservice bulk/gallon sizes, and volume discounts are available. Please call us for more information.

Upon credit approval, Net 15 is available. Please contact our office for a credit application. Before credit approval, payment choices are by Credit card, C.O.D. with credit card on file, C.O.D./M.O. or by prepaying via mail.

There are no refunds on products that are Customers recipes (these products will be re-made if problem with product is Mason Dixon’s fault) on Mason Dixon products refunds are made by check or money order minus all shipping charges.
