This version of our Crab Boil
was designed for the folks that love their seafood really hot all-natural recipe
of whole seeds
and leaves in dry form, as well as garlic, onion, celery lemon, a special
pepper blend and
all the salt that is needed to completely season crabs, crawfish or shrimp to a
great heat level.
BOILING METHOD: Place enough water in pot to cover seafood and bring water to a boil. Add contents of Chef Mason Louisiana Crab and Seafood Boil and stir. Add seafood and return to a boil. Boil crawfish and crabs 4 to 5 minutes and shrimp 2 minutes. Shut off heat, cool with ice and soak crawfish or crabs for 20 minutes and shrimp for 5 minutes.Contains no M.S.G.
