Chef Mason BBQ Seasoning

 
This version of our Crab Boil has lemon and a little added heat all-natural recipe of whole seeds
 and leaves in dry form, as well as garlic, onion, celery lemon, pepper blend and
all the salt that is needed to completely season crabs, crawfish or shrimp.
  
BOILING METHOD:  Place enough water in pot to cover seafood and bring water to a boil. 
Add contents of Chef Mason Louisiana Crab and Seafood Boil and stir.
 Add seafood and return to a boil. Boil crawfish and crabs 4 to 5 minutes and shrimp 2 minutes. 
Shut off heat, cool with ice and soak crawfish or crabs for 20 minutes 
and shrimp for 5 minutes.
Contains no M.S.G.
