Thanks for considering Mason Dixon Spice for your fundraising needs. The details of our fundraising programs will vary from community to community so be sure to discuss details with your one of our sales people. Here is how it works:
- Call Mason Dixon Spice or any of our compaines to find out what your discount is for fundraising products, certificates or sauce of the month club.
- Once you know the selling price and profit, you can determine which products, sauce of the month club or certificates you need to sell to reach your fundraising goal. We recommend preselling your sauces, seasonings, sauce of the month club or certificates, starting a couple of weeks before the date you and your sales person agree on for shipment of your product. Your sales person can provide you with presell sheets to help keep track of your orders or simply call one our sales people to fax, or email you forms.
- Collect the money as you take the order. Orders are filled as they come in to our warehouse and shipped to the customer via Fed-Ex. The amount of advanced notice required will vary with your location. Check with one of our sales people prior to starting your fundraising to determine when your order must be placed.
